MESA, with 20 years of experience, was born in the Savona University Campus from the passion of the 3 founding partners for technology as a tool for revolutionary change. In 2020 MESA Group comes to life with the acquisition of OVERNET, formerly Mondadori Informatica Education, a professional training centre in IT and management. In 2024, a new chapter is marked with the establishment of VECTIS, Innovative Legal Service Provider, and LIDIA, a product company that supports law firms, purchasing offices and corporate legal through AI.

Currently, the group is a reference partner in Italy and abroad for Digital Transformation and AI technologies, with transversal competences in the ESG, GRC, Finance, Legal and Education sectors.
